Last Used date in Saved Passwords

I have been going through my saved passwords to clean things up. I noticed on some of them that the "Last Used" date is very recent, which makes no sense as these are very old accounts that I haven't used in ages.

Does anyone know how the "Last Used" date works? Is it the last time that password was used regardless of the computer, of is it supposed to be just when it was used on my computer? Should I be concerned that someone is using my passwords?
