While printing I would prefer to have User defined pages (instead of ALL) as default. Is there any way to set this selection as default? Truly minor issue but would be quite nice. Thx for any advice.

There is not currently a way to do that. If you would like to request that you should open an issue at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ for the developers to take a look. Please add a comment here with the link to your issue over there if you do that.
