Can Mozilla VPN be configured to start automatically on login / startup?

I started out with Express VPN, which is good, but I was paying extra for that when I had access to Norton VPN included with my Norton 360 subscription. But Norton VPN cannot be configured to start automatically on login. ... I am not sure what other limitations it has and whether there is a comparison between my different VPN options. Can anybody give me some way to compare features? I am trying to get the best value for my money.

Mozilla VPN does not provide a means of opening the app when your PC starts up. However, I set it to open on startup by following the instructions here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/add-an-app-to-run-automatically-at-startup-in-windows-10-150da165-dcd9-7230-517b-cf3c295d89dd
