unsupported operating system for prime video
I have always watched prime video on my computer until just recently . Now I get unsupported operating system. Prime Video titles can't be watched on this device because the operating system isn't supported. For more information, please see Prime Video system requirements
Yet if I go to edge it plays just fine. I have the it set for never remember history and cookies deleted upon closing firefox

Windows Vista (eof) might be the issue.

Do you have enabled "Resist Fingerprinting" if you check ‘’’Resist Fingerprinting’’’ on the ‘’’about:config’’’ page as this affects the user agent?

Check that you do not run Firefox in compatibility mode. You can open the Properties of the Firefox desktop shortcut via the right-click context menu and check the "Compatibility" tab. Make sure that all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.
