How to update payment info when outside Mozilla VPN availability areas?

I got an email notifying me what my payment method wasn't working. Unfortunately, I didn't update it in the 3 day window and now I am outside the country where I was able to sign up for Mozilla VPN. I try clicking through the links in the email I got to contact support but it now defaults to my Firefox profile settings and I cannot update payments or contact support. How can I contact support and get my payment information updated while I am outside the areas where you can usually sign up for Mozilla VPN?

Hello,

If your account was canceled, unfortunately, you won't be able to subscribe to Mozilla VPN from a country other than the U.S., the U.K., Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia. We’re working on testing and expanding the service to other regions.

You can contact us through the Manage Subscriptions button in accounts.firefox.com but also the Contact Us link option within the VPN client.
