I have been using Firefox for ages and have had no problems with it or with Lockwise when it was introduced. Suddenly, this morning, when I tried to login to a favorite website, it didn't populate the login boxes. When I checked my list of saved logins, I found the entire list empty. Absolutely empty. I didn't upgrade Firefox (currently using version 83.0 on Windows 10 PC). Following the advice from several search results and even the support forum. I was going to copy logins.json and key4.db from the old Firefox Data folder, when I saw that the file dates were form Jan 2020. I have changed many passwords since (due to a hack of my facebook and Ebay acoounts), so that file is outdated. I tried to sync my firefox account, but discovered that I had never actually created a firefox account, so I cannot do that. I have no idea what happened to it. All other settings seem to be okay and all my saved bookmarks are still there. Help! -Ralph Bowman
