Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

tnx for responding but it didnt solve the problem. I dont think the problem is with addons at least because this happens whenever i install firefox even anew. Only in firefox nd its other sub browsers, this happens. This scroll indicator looks different only when using firefox browser and after i minimize it, and even when using other applications, cursor looks fine. And they dont even go away till i restart the pc. I also reinstalled my windows several times before for some other problems so i dont think theres anything wrong with that. Can u think up of anything else because i really want to keep using it if not for this. Thank u.
