This build is based on the Firefox 83 beta but can install side-by-side with your regular Firefox installation. If there are still problems with headers and footers appearing when you print A4-sized PDFs, please file a new bug:

It appears in European paper sizes (A series) as well as US sizes.
Firefox 82 seems to have gone further than in the past in that it appears to have introduced printer specific settings for every printer that it finds.
I have had to use about:config to remove all references to header and footer printing for each of my printers in addition to print.print settings.
There is no need for auto headers / footers for most users. They should be OFF by default!
</p>This will be fixed in Firefox 83. No info yet on whether it could be fixed sooner in an interim bug 2020-10-22T09:29:21-07:00jscher2000https://support.mozilla.org/zu/questions/1309588#answer-1360423<p>This will be fixed in Firefox 83. </p><p>I am getting headers and footers, and the margins for regular web pages. This is not normal for PDFs. I don't know whether there is a setting to fix this or it's a bug. Meanwhile, we should print from our external PDF readers until this is sorted out.
