Can not accept permissions in LastPass vault

I am running Firefox 80.0.1 (64-bit) on a Windows 10 computer. When I recently opened my LastPass vault I can see a dialog box asking for me to grant LastPass permission to access website info so the extension can fill forms. There is an Accept and Decline button. Unfortunately, this dialog window and the buttons appear to be floating behind the entries in my vault and can not be selected or clicked.

I'm hoping this can be fixed, and also wonder if this type of error appears on other sites with dialog windows.
