Dark Colours become have Transparent
Running Ubuntu Linux in version 80.01.
Problem: Since Updating to Firefox 76, a strange problem occurs. All dark colors and context menu backgrounds become transparent. When having a window open behind the Firefox window, it will show through in all areas with dark colors (through images, text, menu's). This problem proves an issue, as I had to change my main desktop background to a solid black one to make Firefox usable, even so, I cannot use the context menus while on a website with a white background.
Solutions I have attempted: Changing browser themes/system themes Reverting all cosmetic changes Disabling all privacy add-ons Reverting all modified settings Even a fresh install using a different (default) profile did not work
What semi-works Booting in safe mode does fix the issue but the fresh install did not.
My question is: Does safe mode do additional modification to the browser other than reverting user modified settings? Basically, does safe mode mimic a fresh installation and if it does do additional changes, is it possible mimic the cosmetic changes that it does for normal browsing?
