I have a problem. My address book tab gives me "all Address books" with 302 entries. this is subdivided into "Personal Address book" (162) and "Collected addresses" (140) I wish to combine them. How do I go about this, please. I need to export 1 combined book not 2 individual ones.

sorry. not sure what you mean. My object was to get both sets of email addresses into one set which I could then export to Excel, and print out. You have made me think ..Why?.. Could I instead transfer/synch the combined set - "All Address Books" to my iPad and iPhone? As you can tell, I am a bit fogged! regards Mike
