I have been using firefox as my preferred browser for long without any disappointments. I have however encountered a situation where the form on this resource does not open (i.e. when you click on the register button) However, the same opens in another browser...

Is there any setting that I may not be having right?

It looks like the Tracking Protection has blocked this resource so you have to disable Tracking Protection for this site to get a form.
