Hello there,

I am going crazy over this. Everytime I restart my computer/restart firefox, firefox logs me out of the firefox sync. i saw the other help articles related to this topic where you have to go to the preferences and the history section with the cache and make sure cookies still working but that did not fix it. I have been trying for a couple hours someone please help because I have to relogin to everything everytime I turn on computer and redownload all browser extensions.

Make sure you install Firefox properly and that you do not run Firefox from within the DMG (Disk Image) file.

Open the Firefox Disk Images file and drag the Firefox application to the Applications folder on your hard drive. You shouldn't double-click the Firefox application to run it from the Disk Images, but instead drag it out of the DMG folder.
