Hi there! I've fished through here every way I can to find the answer, but no luck. (I've searched the web several times for articles to help, too).

I'm having a problem with emails coming to my Comcast/Xfinity email from zillow.com. I can open the email, but if I click on a link inside for a property for sale, the content gets blocked by Firefox. Additionally, the email then stops me from further navigating to my other emails, repeatedly, even after I delete the email, coming up no matter which other email I select to open. I can only view my other email by closing the email program and restarting my email program again.

I've cleared my Zillow cookies cache as was suggested as a solution by an archived question, but that also did nothing. I've tried to add a rule for that site, I've disabled my add blockers on that site, I'm about out of tricks. Any other ideas? Many thanks!

P.S. I just had an immediate reply with a phone number to call to help with my question. I called, and no answer. I was immediately called back from a completely unrelated phone number by a fellow who said he was both Goggle and Firefox support. This raised my concern level, but after asking about the different phone numbers, if there was a charge, etc., I told him my problem, which was exactly as stated here, so no secret. He wanted to gain remote access to my computer to take a look at the problem, and I declined. I've done that before with support services I have called with no problems (note *I* called them), but this felt questionable. He even offered to call back from the number I had called in the effort to prove he was who he said he was. I declined and hung up. Maybe my B.S. detector is set too high, but no thanks.

If Firefox routinely does this it does not engender confidence. He called me again twice while I was typing this. A search reveals a low risk of spam/fraud, but seriously Firefox, this ain't no way to run an airline.

Just had ANOTHER notice of "Call this number and we can solve your problem right away". Um, NO. Can someone legitimate here please either answer, or comment on those contacting me for their "help" via suspicious numbers? Thanks!

Hello...

Content Security Policy (or CSP) is a set of rules web servers can send Firefox about (A) what can load into a page, and (B) where a page can be loaded.

Let's suppose this only affected a handful of messages. I would say that either Zillow doesn't want other sites to embed its content, or Comcast doesn't allow Zillow content to load in a message. Either way, you hopefully can find a link to view the missing content on the source site.

But since it affects all messages, perhaps Comcast goofed in its webmail coding and is blocking more than it intended. Could you check with their support?

In case it was already fixed, or in case Firefox is mixing old files with new or old cookies with new:

Cache and Cookies: When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

(1) Clear Firefox's Cache

See: How to clear the Firefox cache

If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.

(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, click the lock icon at the left end of the address bar. After a moment, a "Clear Cookies and Site Data" button should appear at the bottom. Go ahead and click that.

In the dialog that opens, you will see one or more matches to the current address so you can remove the site's cookies individually without affecting other sites.

Any improvement?

Thanks. I'd seen this message before I posted my note (it was in response to someone having trouble with all of their Comcast mail), and had already tried the suggestions with no solution. My problem is specific to Zillow mail only.  :( I contacted Comcast and they had no solution and suggested I try to contact Zillow. I will, but as it seemed to point to Firefox as the source of the block, I tried here first. Thanks for the constructive reply.
