500 error code after login

I just established an account and enter the password verification code and everything else I needed to do. When I try to log in I got an error page that said 500 error code and some statement about we're having a problem and we're getting to it. Can you guys help me figure out how to get fire box launched so I can switch and use it as my browser

Hi Steve, sorry to hear about the Internal Server Error. While you wait for that to clear up, you can simply browse normally because having a Firefox Account is not a requirement for browsing.

Are you setting up on a desktop OS (Windows, Mac, Linux)? There are several articles on how to import data from another browser if Firefox didn't already offer to do that for you. This one is a good starting point: Import data from another browser.

If you are setting up on Android, the security design limits what Firefox can import from other browsers on your device.
