When downloading something on Firefox for Android, Downloading notifications are duplicated on status bar. One appears normal, but another doesn't show correct progress of download. When download is completed, wrong one still shows progress bar, and soon disappears (not show the message of complete). Pressing long time on wrong one shows that it is provided by "・", but I can't select "最小化" and "通知を表示しない". By disabling downloading notification, both correct and wrong disappear.

The environment is Firefox for Android 68.8.1 on Android 9, SH-03J. No add-ons. Re-install and reset to factory default has no effect, but this problem doesn't occur on the same device and OS that have used 3 years.

Looking carefully, this seem to be caused by not the duplication of downloading notification, but the delay of disappearance of progress bar.

I think that correct behavior is

  1. show the downloads progress bar
  2. finish downloads
  3. the progress bar dissappears
  4. show the message of completing downloads.

But wrong behavior looks like,

  1. show the downloads progress bar
  2. finish downloads
  3. show the message of completing downloads
  4. the progress bar is updated late and dissappears.

I initialize the older device to the factory default without SIM, but this problem not happened. Firefox beta for Android (ver.75.0.0-beta.6) doesn't have this problem on the newer device.
