I no nothing about programing but, there must a file somewhere that is telling these folders that they are grey. Is there not an easy way to change them to a different colour/color.

This is the site where I got the SVG code that I copied and pasted to my userChrome.css file that changed my Bookmark folders from gray back to yellow:-
