When I try to edit my Squarespace site in Firefox 76.0.1, the elements do not behave correctly. I've had to use Chrome to manage my site instead. Squarespace was unable to help, so I was hoping someone here might be able to help! Firefox is infinitely better than Chrome and I'd much rather use it for my site editing.

The specific issue is that when I add a text block to a page, I am unable to actually add, select, or edit text. The cursor doesn't change to a text cursor, either. I've tried in a private tab to no avail and disable all add-ons.

Can anyone help?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thank you for your response! Unfortunately, Safe Mode did not resolve the issue. Should I try to refresh instead?

I watched their video here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205813798-Text-Blocks

If I understand correctly, the problem is after you add a text block, clicking "Write here" doesn't put the cursor into a field where you can type, it just ignores your click. Is that what's happening?

What about with existing text blocks. Can you edit in those once text exists? Or are there some things and work and some things that do not work in a text block?

Thanks for your responses! Unfortunately I experience the issue regardless of Enhanced Tracking Protection being turned on or off.

Existing text blocks aren't able to be edited in Firefox - I have to switch to Chrome. The issue appears to be limited to text blocks. I'm able to create new text blocks, but unable to add new text.
