How to get rid of "Customize..." button

Hey guys, I am having a bit of a problem here. I am trying to completely get rid of both the "Customize..." button and the "Remove Extension" button completely with the exception of the "Remove" button in Firefox Add-ons. I want to make it where I cannot see any of the two, nor be able to click on any of them. My reason for this is simple, I have an extension that isn't fully protected by either "FoxFilter" or "Public Fox" (which are both very effective extensions but each have their own shortcomings), which is called "eScan Web Blocker." This extension while effective, can still be easily deleted without having to go into the "Add-ons" button and going through the usual password check before deleting.

All you have to do is drag and drop from the Customize... menu after you click on the Customize... button and then right click, move cursor to "Remove Extension" button and left click on said option before confirming the extension's removal.

Again, what I need to have happen is for both the "Customize..." button on the context menus and on the main menu (the button that has an icon of three horizontal bars running parallel to each other) and the "Remove Extension" button removed from the context menus as well. I only should, after all is said and done, be able to delete this extension or ones with similar flaws by ONLY CLICKING ON THE ADD-ONS BUTTON AND GOING THROUGH A PASSWORD CHECK.

Please help me. I don't know what to do. I am using Firefox Developer Edition on my Windows 10 Home Desktop PC. I have attached visual aid in order to show you guys what I am talking about. And please explain this to me as simple as you possibly can. Also, sorry if the screen shots are so big, I use a computer that has a GTX 1080 graphics card (4k gaming graphics card).
