Hello - point five of the list on the support-side (https://support.mozilla.org/de/kb/firefox-tab-container#w_wofakr-kainnen-sie-die-erweiterung-azfirefox-multi-account-containersay-nutzen) talks about masking specific containers such as "work" "bank" or whatever without really saying how you do that - as far as I see. How does this work? As I'm writing to you already, I use the opportunity to also ask if it is possible to change the container-category of an opened tab - or several ones at the same time - without opening it/them again.

Thanks a lot in advance!! May you be well, Svenja

You have to click the right arrow next to the container's name to get option to hide this specific container.

Hi Svenja,

first of all just a question: did you already install the extension? If yes, there should be an icon on the upper right side of you menu bar.(see attachement for reference).

To start a website in a new container you can right-click on a link and choose "Open Link in New Container Tab" To switch an existing tab you could right-click the tab, choose "Reopen in Container" and choose the container you'd like to move the tab to.

Hey Michael,

thanks for your repsonse. What you describe works just fine.

My main issue though was: is it possible, as described in the link I added, to acutally "fade out/mask" tabs from categories. That is, decide which kind of categories should be visible, which ones not. In the manual I found on the Mozilla webside (only in the german version of the side as far as I see) this was mentioned as a useful function but now how you do it.

The other question, just aside, was if there's an option to change the categorie of a tab or several ones without having them opened again.

Thanks again, S
