Isisombululo esikhethiwe

hi, we have seen a couple of reports where external software (like netsupport school) was hooking into firefox causing this. a firefox beta version 76.0b5 was just released and has a potential fix for this - could you try it?: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/#product-desktop-beta

on the first start it will likely exhibit the same problem, but after you force-close it once and restart the beta build, firefox should hopefully be back in working order.

Some problems occur when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;

  • Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version).
  • Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs. For detailed instructions, see
