Using windows 10, switch from english keyboard to japanese then firefox will freeze after a couple of minutes it might recover or i have to end task and restart.

Is it crashing or just freezing or both?

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

It freezes and I can either wait a long time for it to unfreeze (several minutes) or "end task" it

I restarted without add ons and the problem went away.

I then restarted with add ons and the problem hasnt come back.

I dont understand....

It could have been a corrupt file that was overwritten.
