Trying to use my Kotak bank credit card online to pay some bills, after entering OTP and proceeding - error comes up - " Blocked by Content Security Policy An error occurred during a connection to acs7.enstage-sas.com. Firefox prevented this page from loading in this way because the page has a content security policy that disallows it. " Screenshot attached, used Chrome it worked ok. This used to work before, i used it about 1 month ago. Let me know how I can help.

That is likely about content loaded in an iframe that isn't allowed due to CSP rules. You can try to right-click in that area and click "This Frame -> Open Frame in New Tab".

"That is likely about content loaded in an iframe that isn't allowed due to CSP rules." Is there a way to edit this?

"You can try to right-click in that area and click "This Frame -> Open Frame in New Tab"." Above steps did not help, screenshot attached.

Hello McCoy,

Yes above site works for me, this is the site I used to create the Credit card password a few years ago. I am still able to login here fine.

Issue is when I use my Credit card to pay on a merchant site and then I enter the password or the OTP(it gives me both options) and proceed, it shows the error.

My bad; I should have paid better attention, cause in your original post you say :

"after entering OTP and proceeding - error comes up "

My apologies .....

Did some searching and noticed that in some other cases this worked :

Clear the Firefox cache :
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems :
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored (scroll down to : "Delete cookies for a single site")

Does that work for you too ?

Cleared the cache and removed cookies for kotal banking and related sites. Did not work for me.

Just an update, checked on Firefox lite v2.1.11 on Android phone - it worked.

The second screenshot shows that you got an intermediate 'waiting' page when you opened the iframe page in a new tab and not the actual page that likely needs to be created via JavaScript after processing the server response.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.

Firefox shows an highlighted shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Tracking Protection is blocking content.

  • click the shield icon for more details and possibly disable the protection

You can check in the Web Console what content is blocked.

The second screenshot, its the page I got on selecting "This Frame -> Open Frame in New Tab".

I disabled all the extensions and gave a try, not successfull

Disable Tracking protection also, did not help.

Please find screenshot attached.
