Images do not load. Refreshing firefox helps for a short while, but the problem returns soon after.

Firefox stops loading images. The only way I could figure out to fix it was to refresh the browser. However, the problem comes back soon after.

Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few? Does it start off not showing images, or after surfing for a time? Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-problems-images-not-show https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-video-audio-problems-firefox-windows https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-common-audio-and-video-issues https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/html5-audio-and-video-firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-issues-with-plugins-fix-problems https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/warning-unresponsive-plugin

Hi Fred,

The problem is with all websites. Images don't load at all (not related to how long have I been using the browser). The problem persists in safe mode as well. I have also tried logging out of my account, removing all add-ons, deleting all history/cookies/cache.

If you can't look at your images, it is because internet have a problem. Verify your internet connection and try tomorrow. If it not working, write to me at elisa.tabourin@outlook.com Thanks

Hi Elisa,

The internet is perfectly alright. This is a firefox-specific issue. Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are both working fine.

Did you check the links I posted?

Yes Fred, I think you have to much images now and you don't have place to load them. You can retry tomorrow but I'm not sure it will be better

You can put other images into a USB key

Hi Fred,

Yes I did. No luck. One thing I would want to point out is that I don't see a 'Show Images' permission for any website.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
