TB would not update new version, did reinstall, now all my old stuff is gone, help!

The new installed version is so bare I can't even find Help to find the current version. It's either 68.5 or 60.5, but .5. TB said it couldn't update and would have to be d/l and reinstalled, which I did. Now all my old mail, all my add-ons and all my carefully constructed organization is gone. There has to be a way to get that back, isn't there? Please help. Right now I'm probably going to have Windows go back to before this TB reinstall, waiting for a callback from my tech person.
