Our email was hacked. I have managed to recover the password and can now send emails but can't receive them. Maybe they're being forwarded to a rogue account?
I have disable extensions for now but urgently need access to my emails!

Hi If you can, log in to your webmail online, and confirm that emails are arriving in the inbox there. If you have new mail there that is not arriving in Thunderbird, that suggests your Thunderbird settings or your local security virus checker and firewall may be causing the problem. Here are some settings to check - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cannot-send-messages If you can work through those and confirm nothing changed other than the password that you recovered, then please post more detail about why you think you were hacked, and what errors you see when you ask Thunderbird to check for new mail.
