Firefox now requires a triple click on certain web pages where double click used to work

Recently using Firefox on certain webpages that allow for double-clicking on menu items (FortiAnalyzer web interface) or on VM console sessions in a new tab (VMware vSphere/vCenter) I know have to triple-click to perform what would normally be a double-click action. My two examples are as follows:

FortiAnalyzer (v6.2.1) web interface: Viewing a table of firewall traffic, normally a double-click on any entry in the table would drill-down into more details for that entry.

VMware console (v6.7): When using vCenter client/HTML5 (NOT the web client/FLEX) and opening a console session to a VM, while in the VM, normal double-click actions, for example icons on the desktop, do not function and a triple-click is needed to perform double-click actions.

My specs: Win 10 Pro (1903) Firefox v 69.0.3

These still work in Chrome as intended. I've tried in safe mode with no add-ons enabled as well tried refreshing Firefox.
