<p>That to me sounds like ISP issue. So did nothing connect during that time when you had the problem? Because you mentioned IE didn't connect that to me would point towards internet issue or ISP issues.

Then I try to open sync settings and sign in and I have no internet connection to do this. Although I really do have internet connected to my pc.
