In the several recent versions of TB beta on OSX 10.14.4, there has been no obvious way to get two accounts to show the same default, displayed font size in the message windows. In the current version (67.0b3) the normal choices to adjust these values are no longer available. So the problem is still there, but no way to play with settings. As a for instance, I have always had the text size set to medium, which apparently is the null choice so things don't get tagged in the message. This leaves the two accounts about 3 +/- zoom steps different when adjusting manually.

I have reported previous problems with preferences for message header positions/availability when a new session is started. It seems to default to some arbitrary (and non-standard) layout, even after trying the various save paths in drop down windows.

So, the question: are these both related to a corrupted setup file? If so, is there a procedure to build a new setup file starting with a default download? (I have faithfully upgraded across many beta versions, so it seems possible that the setup file might get changed without a clean revision mechanism.)

Display fonts are defined for the profile, including all accounts, under Preferences/Display/Formatting/Fonts and Colors/Advanced, so I'm not sure how you see differences between accounts. If you have set the text size to medium in Preferences/Composition/General/HTML, note that this affects the font embedded in html messages, and may be different from the display font. This remains true in the current beta, 68b1.

You could create a new profile with default settings, and this is especially recommended when moving from the release version to the beta. Use Profile Manager to create and manage multiple profiles.

Thanks for the path to the settings. The new pop up page is larger and the advanced tab is hidden until you scroll over to the right.

I will play with the Profile Manager.
