I try to click on a link in an e-mail to unsubscribe and nothing happens. It used to work but no longer does. I clicked on a link and it gave some options. I apparently chose the wrong one because ever since this happens I click on a link to unsubscribe and nothing happens. How do I get back to where the link works?

I try to click on a link in an e-mail . . . .
and nothing happens.

Is this with all links, or just the unsubscribe ones?

How are you viewing your e-mails? Using a web browser or an e-mail browser like Thunderbird?

Sometimes what looks like a link, is not. Place the mouse over it. Does it show a link in a window?

Separate Security Issue: Update your Flash Player or remove it using these links; Uninstall Flash Player | Windows {web link} Uninstall Flash Player | Mac {web link}

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

Flash Player Version 32.0.0171
