I have not heard of any company named OneTrust partnering with Mozilla. Is it this company: https://www.onetrust.com/ ? What does the email claim?

Yes. That looks like the website. I got an email from you, but couldn't respond to it, so I came here. I tried to Copy & paste their email here, but it wouldn't allow me. You see, I'm very good in my own field, but not with computer things. It's difficult for me to find my way here; it seems only by chance that I found this place to report a problem that I'm having with Firefox (v. 67, I think) for Android. An error notification keeps popping up that says: "Cannot connect. Tap to sign in." Another notification said that Firefox hadn't updated for 6 days. I tried to "tap that message to sign in", but it took me to an error page that has: <https:www.w3.org//chrome/chrome/> in the error message. (Again I couldn't copy & paste that URL here; it wouldn't allow. That's just from my memory.) Also, I took screenshots of the two error pages, but couldn't post them here. I did keep those screenshots. Please, help me. Thank you.

Are these posts moderated so they don't show up immediately? Thank you.

Hi joanmariebernadette, posts are not pre-moderated, but this site's mobile interface is incomplete compared with the desktop interface, so things are harder to find and some pages either do not work or redirect in a broken way.

On Android, you usually install Firefox through Google Play and Google Play handles the updating, so you shouldn't see a message from Firefox about updating. That seems odd to me.

It's possible that you have received spam/phishing messages, and you may want to disregard those.

Could you double-check whether you have any unknown or suspicious add-ons in your Firefox for Android? The second section of the following article will get you to that list: Find and install Add-ons on Firefox for Android.
