I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice on 24may. I've refreshed FF 4 times. I've searched Mozilla and Firefox in my PC and deleted everything that I could find. When I try and log into the site I get an error. Schwab could not help because I could log into Edge and Chrome.

Is there anything I can check?

Hello wings9798,

Would you try this please :

Reload the page : Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button or press 'Ctrl + F5' or press 'Ctrl + Shift + R'

Would you try this please :
Clear the Firefox cache :
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems :
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored (scroll down to : "Delete cookies for a single site")

If you use extensions like Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery, then always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.

You could also check your settings here :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/content-blocking

If none of the above do the trick, then let's Try Firefox in Safe Mode :

If Firefox is not running : Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.

If Firefox is running : 3-bar menu => ' ? ' (at the bottom of the dropdown) => 'Restart with Add-ons disabled'. Then OK the restart. A small dialog should appear. Click 'Start in Safe Mode' ( not 'Refresh' !)

See : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

And : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems

Any luck  ?

In case none of the above make any difference :

Could you tell us what error message you get  ?

I tried everything. I don't run any extensions except Yahoo mail window extender. I cleared all the cookies, data and everything. I previously uninstalled FF and then searched for all remaining remnants of it because when I reinstall it knew I had it running before. After I cleaned everything out it was like new.

I attached the error window I get and I also sent it to CS to look at.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

Just tried by doing the side bar and history and forgot all Schwab sites. Still get the same error.

Looking at the URL in your screenshot, I tried a few things,
like this URL which leads me to a page that says :

"You have successfully completed verification. In the future Schwab will ask for verification when you log in from this device. "

When I click on "Continue" I get the login page.

And I found this : https://www.schwab.com/public/schwab/nn/deviceid.html

Problem is that I do not get that page the URL is supposed to show. On my phone and other browsers yes, but for some reason not on FireFox. I just get the generic ‘error’ page.
