Kirillic letters and umlauts are coded as questionmarks after update
Suddenly all my kirillic letters and Umlauts appear as questionmarks when sent I set everything to utf-8 coding, Unicode where possible, ticked and unticked boxes, no Change can anyboday help?

This seems to work - very many thanks for I have searched hours to solve the problem of question marks scattered throughout my emails
I have the same problem, changed as instructed to "true". Still not showing properly. Any other suggestions?

Did you restart TB after the change? Don't know if it matters, but check that under Tools/Options/Display/Formatting/Advanced... that Text Encoding for Outgoing Mail is set to Unicode (UTF-8),
