As you say -- DDG Tech Non-Support are indeed playing hard to get.

With the exception of complaintsboard.com I had already tried the others -- hence my Forum enquiry, so now I shall try complaintsboard.

I found this on a site called 'socialcustomersupport.com' :

But, as you can see, I hid the phone numbers, because I don't
trust the site I found these numbers on. I'm telling you this, in case you might stumble upon the same
site .....
