Everytime I restart Thunderbird I am prompted to login for my iCloud calendar (which took a lot of effort to setup in the first place).

Better integration with iCloud is required. I would also like to have Thunderbird sync Contacts with iCloud but this does not appear possible.

Additionally, new mail messages default to Paragraph rather than Body Text.
