I have installed the Adobe Flash file, have the latest 64bit version of Firefox, but this still happens.

Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open the Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)
On the left side of the page, select Plugins. Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Go to the web page. Once the page is loading, mouse to the address bar and Left-click the icon. Select Permissions. In the menu, Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow.
Didn't change anything.
The BBC News pages play video no problem. I've checked other content and it plays, so I suspect it may be an isolated problem which is not going to occur again. Maybe it is just that video file.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Paul.
Link to the problem site so others can see if they get the same problem?

People who live outside the UK won't be able to check/watch any of those videos .....

Maybe you could contact BBC Sport :

I'll leave it - I'm sure its just a one off.

I noticed that you marked my post as Chosen Solution, but I didn't solve the problem ....
You can remove that mark by clicking on the 'Undo' button to the right of that post.
(I still would contact BBC Sport, though .... )
i have the same problem since update to Firefox 65.0.2 64-bit. No problems prior to this. Any ideas?
