I tried to login, Firefox would not recognize my password. I clicked on forgot password, didn't get an email. Tried twice. Opened up a new tab, went to login Firefox, put in my email as user name and my old password and it took. This is very confusing. MY Questions was to be: I start my computer (I don't leave it on all night) everything boots up, I click on Firefox icon and from there it takes minimum 40 seconds to 60 seconds to finally appear. Why is it so slow? Never use to be? Thanks for any answers you can give.

I called an administrator. Please wait

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.

Check your user profile at the site. Also, check your junk mail folder.

I already checked my junk mail. That's the first place I checked. But no bother, my life doesn't revolve around FireFox

Why is it so slow? Never use to be? " It is possible that you have to Refresh Firefox: http://mzl.la/15sSfJR

You seem to be confusing some things.

Firefox itself is the name of the web browser you can download from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Firefox is not a company or such as that would be Mozilla so there is no possible way that a Firefox web browser could send anybody any emails.

What Account are you referring to in Logging in?

The first part seems like you were to login on support.mozilla.org with a Firefox Account ? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-account

The support.mozilla.org site does not use Firefox Accounts as a way to login as you create a separate account just for this site in which your account is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/Sonyy89 you used to post this thread with.
