I am using the win10 pro download file and windows instantly comes back with "this app can't run on your pc".

Is there another download area, or is there not a win 10 version?

PS: uplaod images doesn't appear to be working.

no upload does not work with initial posts... after that it does. I have no idea why.

There is no windows 10 version, because the same 32bit version is used for windows 7 through 10. If you are getting a report the image can not be installed I would be inclined to think your anti virus is likely to be the cause. The installer starts with a self extracting ZIP file and some anti virus product, especially when set with security levels about default, simply block the execution.

Just an FYI, Thunderbird installs without issue for just about everyone on windows 10.
