I synced and imported bookmarks on my new laptop. now there are double bookmark at both of my computer. any solution?

First i imported my bookmarks from my old computer to the new one. Later I find out I am missing some of the bookmarks. So found out that I can sync them. SO I created user in the old computer browser. Accidently I opened the email send by firefox in the new computer. FOr what ever reason the bookmarks got copied twice and and now I can see them twice. So How can I fix these beside deleting them manually
