Unable to login to account
I am having all sorts of problems. I want to login to the user forum, but I keep getting the message that my user name is incorrect. How can I resolve this problem so that I can login, and ask questions concerning my other problems with Firefox?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

You appear to have logged in on support.mozilla.org site just fine with your Shelbyw50 account here. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/Shelbyw50

You should ask the MOD for login issues.
I hate to be so stupid......But who or what is MOD, and how do I contact them?

Hi FredMcD: Thank you so much for your help. I am so fed up with Firefox, and I have used it for years, that I will just switch to Safari.
