Hello queenkimora75,

Assuming that you mean 'Animoto' - would you please take a look at this (and scroll down some) :

https://help.animoto.com/hc/en-us/articles/205538237-Best-browsers-for-Animoto

It says :

you must have cookies and JavaScript enabled, and have Adobe Flash Player (version 10 or greater) installed.

In Firefox JavaScript is enabled by default.

You can dowload Adobe Flash Player for your OS here :

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

Enable cookies (On mac Options = Preferences) :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-and-disable-cookies-website-preferences

Also, to allow cookies for Animoto only :

When you're on that site, click on the 'i' in a circle, next to the padlock at the left side of the address bar.

Then click on the little black arrow on the dropdown and then on "More Information", which will take you to "Page Info".

Click on the 'Permissions" tab and scroll down to "Set Cookies". Uncheck "Use Default" and check "Allow".

Then close and restart Firefox.
