App works on Chrome, but not Firefox : (
A relative purchased a "Jacquie Lawson Advent Calendar" for us. We've received this every year for five years, and it has opened flawlessly in Firefox. This year it opened normally until the screen showed "Display Driver stopped responding and has recovered." Then the screen stayed green, the music played, but no images followed. P.S.: Screen Shot would not upload.

If Firefox is not compatible with your graphics card/chipset driver software, this may help: Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL.

If the display driver crashed, it could be a one-time thing or it could be some incompatibility that needs to be fixed. Did you already try closing all Firefox windows and then visiting the calendar again?
Same thing happens whether I close all Firefox windows and launch from a "widget" or launch from an e-mail in Firefox. : (
Do you know if the calendar uses Flash? Your Firefox reported an older version of Flash, so you could try updating it to see whether that makes any difference.

Note: That page includes optional software offers in the center column, so make sure to uncheck those if you're not interested.
I have the latest version of Flash, and it still does the same thing. P.S.: Running Windows 7, 64 bit, SP 1. Attached is a screen shot of the Display Driver message that I receive every time I try to launch the Advent Calendar.
Odd thing on there why are you using XP graphics drivers on a Windows 7 O/S? That could also be part of the problem incorrect drivers can lead to instability.
