Whenever i try to access a remote UNC path "file://///servername/folder" in CentOS7.4 Firefox Quantum, it always shows "File not found" error. I compared the same process using Win7 Firefox Quantum, it displayed the directory listings in the said UNC path.

Also, i try putting the said path in a "<a/>" tag and tested in both Win7 and CentOS7.4. Win7 can display the directory listings OK However, CentOS7.4 cannot. It will always display a "File not found" error.

Is there anyway to do this in CentOS7.4 Firefox Quantum? My target browser will run on CentOS7.4 so i can't really use Win7
