had to download firefox so i could download important work software. Firefox says my work download possibly malicious & wont let me. I have hit all allow buttons. I am also not very computer literate. HELP

There is a checkbox on the Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security page further down under "Privacy & Security panel" to block Deceptive Content.
