my login does not work and i have not changed my email of (email address) no recovery email sent
before signing in i checked with my settings and found the email and password for firefox then when i used it i was blocked never received the reset email this happened right after an update.

With regards to the issue that you have raised, have you checked your email services "spam" or "junk mail" folder just in case the email has ended up there by mistake?
