  • Firefox 62.0 Crash Report [@ dlxbrjdm.dll@0x7356 ]

That is a problem with dlxbrjdm.dll that is a Dell PCL6 Printer Driver.

We have seen other cases where a crash occurs with a printer driver and a 64-bit Firefox version. Changing to a 32-bit Firefox version appears to fix the crashes, so you can try that.

Sorry to hear about the crashes!

If you are getting the Mozilla Crash Reporter form, your Firefox may have logged some data that would help track down the cause of the problem. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "Firefox crashes - asking for support" for steps to get those crash report IDs from the about:crashes page, and then post some of the recent ones here.

If you are getting a Windows crash dialog (typically doesn't provide any detail), we may ask you to look at some Windows Event Viewer information to see whether that provides a clue.

Could you also look up your recent update history on the Troubleshooting Information page. Either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter

In the first table on the page, there should be an Update History row with a button to open a small list box showing your most recent Firefox installations.

Q: What was the last version that printed normally?

Q: Was there anything different about this update compared to previous ones?

The first one wasn't found when I use the search box at the upper right here: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/. Did you already submit the crashes? Usually if you click the ID number, Firefox will submit the crash report data. Sometimes the server is too busy, so you might need to try again in a few minutes.

Hi ThomasLynk, if you click one of the report IDs to load its details on the "Crash Stats" server, does it show data for you? Could you copy/paste the full URL of that page into a reply.
