need to load silverlight for work but it wont load. how can i load it anyway?
need to load silverlight for work. have tried installing an older version of firefox but to no avail. please help me install this plugin properly. i am running windows 10

Please find your Flash 29 in Apps and please update it to current version as is a security issue.

You will need to use Internet Explorer 11 to work with sites that require Silverlight. Firefox 52 (non-ESR), and Firefox 53+ no longer run any plugins other than Flash. See: Why do Java, Silverlight, Adobe Acrobat and other plugins no longer work?
If for some reason the site doesn't work in IE 11, you could consider using the ESR release of Firefox 52, but it is near its end of life. See: Switch to Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) for personal use. On the download page, there's a switch to choose between Firefox 52 and Firefox 60, above the list on the right side.
