Invalid Authorisation Code

I'm trying to log back into Firefox Sync, when I get the authorsiation code to my email Inbox, I enter it into the Firefox login screen. I've tried Copying & Pasting and manually typing the code, but no matter what I get the message "Invalid Authorisation Code" then after several attempts - I have to wait another 15 minutes before trying again.

I don't want to reset my password, as I don't want to loose all my bookmarks, history, saved passwords etc...

Please ignore the whole thing until you get to the end ( yes I know what it says) and make a bugzilla account and follow the rest of the directions at the bottom only. A supervisor will get in touch with you with in a day or so.

Ok, just letting you know. SO ya do the bottom of the URL a Supervisor will get a hold of you.

Is there something wrong with at the Firefox server End. I've literally just reset my password, I've typed the new password on my phone, and it's saying incorrect password, so I've signed out of Sync on my Desktop PC and gone to log in and it's sayign "Incorrect Password" again. I know the password is the correct one!

Rehnn, can you confirm that you successfully reset the password and cleared the cache before entering the password again?

I don't mean to ask, but sometimes the saved password is cached after you reset the email, and clearing the cache has helped others.

If so, sending a reset link would not be a problem, if you are locked out. There is a bug link you can use in the "FAQ verification Email" article linked above and copied below: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-firefox-sync-verifica...

that can be used to request the proper attention to investigate the issue further.
