HI, EXCEPTION_IN_PAGE_ERROR_READ / STATUS_DEVICE_DATA_ERROR

I believe this is fonts. Do you have any special fonts installed ?

What else where you doing, video ?

Please explain further as to what you were doing when it crashed.

Have no info on your Video Card Drivers, can you update them ?

Did you try; Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

This looks like a problem with WMF (Windows Media Foundation). https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/viewing-html5-audio-and-video

You can try to toggle media.wmf.*.enabled prefs to false on the about:config page to see if that has effect.
