The Mozilla FTP site, /pub/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-release-l10n/, does NOT include latest firefox release in zip format, but only up to 58.0.2. Why is that??? Please upload up to latest version, specifically I am looking for 60.0.1, 64-bit, English US, zip format. Thank you.

Hi that is not up to Firefox Volunteer Support as to what is uploaded or how or what. If it is in EXE that is what you get as we do not control that, Thank you for understanding..

Zip builds (for Windows) for actual Release channel builds have not existed since the 1.0.2 Release way back thirteen years ago on March 23, 2005. Firefox 1.0.1 and earlier Release before 1.0 (yes the 1.0 was not the first Release) did have .zip along with installer.

There was a huge increase of users starting as of Firefox 1.0 and 1.0.1 due to the big fireworks for 1.0 Mozilla did compared to previous Releases. These new users thought that in order to keep their seeings they had to install .zip or setup builds over each other Firefox folder.

Firefox Releases for Windows since (Firefox 1.0.2) have only been full installer setups (www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/) since along with a couple versions of the online stub installer since Firefox 18.0 which is served to Windows users on www.mozilla.org
